Kagiso Khaole has served as CEO of the Lesaka Merchant Division since September 2025, leading the strategic growth and innovation of Lesaka’s merchant technology solutions.
He brings over a decade of experience scaling high-growth global technology businesses across Africa. At SpaceX, he led Starlink’s expansion across 25 African markets, launching in 15 within a single year. As General Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa at Uber, he helped South Africa double its market share, making it Uber’s largest Middle East and Africa market. At Samsung, he built and scaled the e-commerce business and transformed its digital services ecosystem.
