Sir Fruit is an independently owned company that has been serving fresh fruit juice to the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 25 years. With recipes developed by top chefs, Sir Fruit uses only the best juicing fruit southern Africa has to offer. Most of our products are made using whole fruit (fruit pulp), which ensures all the goodness of the fruit is kept intact. Sir Fruit does not ordinarily use heat treatment, which means our juices are more sensitive to temperature fluctuation – a lot like fresh milk.
